Register as a City Vendor

Do you have services or products to provide to the City?

The City of Miami relies on a diverse network of vendors and suppliers to keep the City running smoothy. Registering as a vendor will keep you up to date for new opportunities for your company to work with the City.

Gather your information

Make sure you have the following information. Here's what you will need:

  • Company Name
  • FEIN or SSN
  • Federal Tax Classification for the business
  • Tax exemption code (if applicable)

Optional: if you would like to have payments submitted paid via ACH, you will need the following additional information:

  • Account Number
  • Routing Number
  • Voided Check 

Register on the City’s iSupplier platform

Tips while registering:

  • We recommend listing a company-wide email instead of one for a single person.
  • Once you get to the products and services section, select all of the commodity codes that your business can perform.  (this information will be used the City when products and services are required)

Submit your company's W9

A W9 needs to be submitted to pursuant to IRS rules, once completed it should be sent to tflagg@miamigov.com
