The  Due to the limited availability of berth/dockage at Dinner Key Marina, we ask that you apply to add your vessel in our official wait list. During this application process we will evaluate your eligibility to become a tenant of the Dinner Key Marina!

Due to the limited availability of berth/dockage at Dinner Key Marina, we ask that you apply to add your vessel in our official wait list.

We will contact you

If you pass our eligibility criteria we will send you an email confirmation and added to our wait list. If you are not eligible we will communicate why.

Once at the top of the wait list, you will be contacted in order to start the dockage/berth assignment process. Keep in mind, we are there is an average wait time of 6-month to a year.

Execute a Mooring/Leasing Agreement for Dinner Key Marina 

Once you are at the very top of our wait list, you will be required to execute a Mooring/Leasing Agreement with the City of Miami. Our Dockmaster’s office will contact you via telephone/email once you are the next person the list! Please insure that you communicate to us any changes in your contact information.

Along with you’re the executed agreement, you would be asked for a valid ID and your vessel’s Insurance, Property Title, Registration. 

 Accept or refuse the berth assignment

You have the opportunity to Accept/Refuse a berth offering. If you accept, congratulations on become a customer and tenant of Dinner Key Marina! If you accept, the dockmaster’s office will provide you with a date to park your vessel.

At this point, the Dockmaster office will notify you on navigational guidelines/advisories. Please be sure to communicate any additional accommodations needed for your arrival.
